About The Olive Box

The Olive Box being a branch from Assiette Catering, we believe that food is more than just sustenance - it's an experience. That's why we are passionate about creating unique, flavorful dishes that delight the senses and leave a lasting impression on our clients and their guests.

We purchased an old horse box and began the journey. After converting the '80s rice trailer into a mobile kitchen we put it into practise with our first pop up event and knew we could make it into something. 

With The Olive Box we can cater for many events from a small gathering to weddings and festivals.

We can provide top quality food such as freshly stonebaked pizzas, street food to just simply fresh coffee and cakes.

We use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients in our dishes, sourced locally whenever possible. Our chefs are constantly experimenting with new flavors and techniques to create unique, delicious dishes that showcase the best of what each season has to offer.
